Eleonora has got several hobbies and she is never still: she travels, she explores, she eats, she writes, she teaches, she translates. She likes going around the city to find out brand new spots to eat and drink, and the city has often changed during the years: she had lived in Rome, Oslo, Hamburg, Istanbul and now she is in Bologna. She learned how to distinguish between what’s good and what’s not by looking at his mum, aunts, and grandmas preparing typical Apulian food, where she was born.
